Shipping
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Australia. We send worldwide.
How long does shipping take?
Australia: 3–7 business days. Rest of world: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Do you cover customs / duties?
International orders may attract import duties or taxes set by your local customs office. These are the buyer's responsibility.
Sizing & Fit
How do your tees and hoodies fit?
Cuts are unisex with a relaxed modern fit. If you like a bit more room, stay true to your usual size. If you prefer it fitted, size down.
Is there a size chart?
Yes — each product page on the shop lists measurements (chest, length, sleeve) in cm. If you're between sizes, drop us a message and we'll help you pick.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Unworn items in original condition can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery for a different size, subject to stock. Limited drops are final sale once sold out.
What if my item arrives faulty?
Email us with your order number and a photo within 7 days of receiving the item and we'll sort a replacement or refund.
Orders
How do drops work?
Designs release in limited runs. When stock's gone, that drop is archived — no restocks. Join the mailing list to get a heads up before the next drop goes live.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We move fast on dispatch. Email us within a few hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before it's packed.
Do you do wholesale or collabs?
Yes. Head to the contact page and pick "Collab / sponsorship" or "Wholesale" from the dropdown.
